Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Small balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 4 on the property (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
