Additionally, within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Proschieri valley station, connecting you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area. In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
