The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (with children's pool, private, outdoors), a balcony, a barbecue and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating. 2 balconies, large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (6 cars), garage at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Above Ramersberg 5 km from the centre of Sarnen, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, terraced garden, pond, swimming pool (above ground) round (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Paddling pool, barbecue, barbecue house (swing). In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Steep, narrow motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Zun in Sarnen you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
