General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a tennis court and a balcony. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

"Altstadt Loft", 2-room Loft 60 m2, on the top floor. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room 26 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, cable TV, flat screen, radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Large, open kitchen 11 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Small balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift.

Interlaken: Historical apartment house, 3 storeys. In the resort 250 m from the centre of Interlaken, in a central position, in the heart of the city, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the river. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 100 m, supermarket, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery 100 m, café 200 m, railway station "Interlaken West" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
