Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Large terrace 46 m2, large patio 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains, the ski run, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. No lift.

In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Parking at the house. Shop 300 m, supermarket 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Tramelan" 650 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Ski lift 1.7 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ice rink 1 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
