The bedroom with double bed, living room with eat-in kitchen, WC and balcony are all on the 1st floor. The flat is an ideal starting point for holidays in Spiez and excursions to the breathtaking Lake Thun region. Note: Potential noise emissions from construction site in surrounding area until probably summer 2023.
The bright non-smoking flat has, among other things: 42-inch TV, WLAN, printer, scanner, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue set, microwave and much more.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
