Exit to the balcony. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom 13 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.

Oberschwanden 2 km from Brienz: Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Boden 19", built in 1988, renovated in 2014, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. Electric vehicle charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg, Brienz Axalp. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Haslital, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
