More information by the provider: Well-kept and completely new renovated 3.5-room apartment (approx. 120sqm) on the first floor of a quietly located multi-family chalet which was built in 2008. 1 spacious furnished balcony and 1 unfurnished balcony. 1 parking space in the underground parking garage is available. Storage room for sports equipment as well as an own washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement. The chalet is situated in the village centre of Saanen. The train station, a bus stop, different shops (bakeries, dairy, butcher shop, grocery, sports shops) and several restaurants are in close proximity. Saanen is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays.
Bright living/dining room with spacious open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, steamer, refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso DeLonghi) as well as a fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed (2x100x200cm), own bathroom with shower/toilet and access to the balcony. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. WiFi available.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space in the underground parking garage, washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: pets CHF 10.00 per day. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
