On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.

In the centre of Ligerz, 50 m from the lake, in a pedestrian area. Private: terraced garden. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Ligerz Bahnhof", swimming bay 100 m, lake Bielersee 50 m. Marina 6.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km.
