From the balcony you have a nice view on the Wildstrubel. It is possible to start to different walks and hikes directly from the apartment.
This apartment is renovated completely and obtains 3.5 rooms with 5 beds, which are distributed in two bed rooms. In one room there’s a double bed and in the other bedroom there’s another double bed and a big single bed 140 cm. The big kitchen is full furnished and is beside the living room, which is very comfy. In the bath room, there’s a big shower. From the balcony you have a very nice view on the mountains. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
