The Lauenen ski lift is in the immediate vicinity.

Quiet and sunny location with views of the surrounding mountains and the adjacent nature reserve. Balcony and garden seating area available. Second floor: living/dining room with dining table, 4 chairs and a bench as well as sitting area with 2 sofas, TV, fireplace and access to the balcony. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), closet and exit to the garden seating area. Bathroom with shower and WC (1 separate WC on the upper floor). Internet: WLAN reception on both floors. 1 open parking space in front of the left garage door. Storage room for ski equipment and laundry room with washing machine are available for shared use in the basement.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, washing machine, coffee beans, WiFi, firewood for first-time firing, kitchen- and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. ***Pets not allowed***.
