Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Wooden floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Nessental 6 km from Innertkirchen: Very large, child friendly, cosy chalet "Eisiboden", 3 storeys, built in 1993, surrounded by meadows and fields. In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: meadow 30 m2. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), drying room. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Innertkirchen" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
