General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large kitchen-/living room 20 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Wooden floors, carpet. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
