Partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2023, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room, ceiling height 200 cm with international TV channels. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, Low door height 190 cm ceiling height 60 - 200 cm, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, fire extinguisher.

Grocery 700 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop "Engelshaus" 10 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 2.5 km, sports centre 2 km, mountain railway 1.5 km, gondola lift 2 km, slopes 50 m, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 10 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
