Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Wooden floors. Large balcony 30 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Marvellous view of the mountains and Eiger. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). IPod docking station. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance, fire extinguisher. Please note: no Swiss network.

In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Available: sledges for children. Very steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Footpath to the house. Width of access road: 204 cm. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, in winter 500 m public car park, extra. Shop, shopping centre 100 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 100 m, bakery 150 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Grindelwaldhof" 150 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
