Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). With sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
