The house is located up a small hill and has a terrace with afternoon and evening sun. You are welcomed into a bright hall with bathroom / shower / toilet straight ahead. There is also a washing machine. Directly to the right is the kitchen which is brightly furnished and integrated living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that can be made into a bed if needed. Next to it is a sleeping alcove with a double bed 160cm wide. Upstairs you have a large living room with 2 single beds 90cm and also a simpler extra bed. In this large room there are two good armchairs, an old lathe from the past and in the corner is an older small June rose bed that you can pull out to the desired length. The house is charmingly decorated with light furniture where the old has been preserved and combined with new. The kitchen has a round kitchen table for 4-6 people and the kitchen has everything you could need. A perfect accommodation for those who want a little of everything. Holidays with swimming, proximity to golf, shopping or big city. If you want to see moose take the opportunity to visit the moose park which is less than 10 minutes from the house. If you are lucky, you can see red deer grazing freely out in the meadow and also some game.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
