Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the forest. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
