In the basement there is access to washing machine and dryer. The laundry room is shared with the owner who occasionally stays in a separate apartment in the basement. If you do not want to swim from your own jetty, there are several nice bathing places with rocks or sandy beach at a distance of about 200-400 m. Gullholmen is a unique island dating from the 13th century. Today, Gullholmen with a bridge connection to Härmanö is a vibrant community with about 120 year-round residents and many times more residents in the summer. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
