This separate part of a holiday home offers relaxation and is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful island of Orust. In the hall there is a hanging area for jackets and a mirrored wardrobe that gives a feeling of bigger space. The apartment consists of a room with several functions in one. Two combined beds of a simpler nature share the space where there is also a table with two chairs and a kitchenette where morning coffee is brewed or lunch is prepared. The furniture is sparse but sufficient for the space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a light and airy atmosphere. Through the balcony door you have direct access to the balcony and the small grassy area at the back. The plot is shared with the owners of the house. A fence delimits the plot and provides protection from view from the road outside that leads down to the village. In the apartment there is a toilet with a shower and a washing machine. On the well-kept lawn, there is also a drying rack available where the laundry can be hung up. Practically enough, there is a grocery store across the street, making it easy and convenient to shop for your daily necessities. This simple, but welcoming apartment offers a harmonious retreat in beautiful Ellös. Only 400 m away is Ellö's fine municipal bathing area with both a sandy beach, jetty, trampoline, rocks and sauna. In Ellös, you are close to all imaginable services, shops, entertainment and restaurants. Many sights and excursion destinations nearby. Take the car ferry over to Malö and Flatön with famous Handelsman Flink. Here you can also rent kayaks to try out or hike along established hiking trails or on natural forest paths. At Orust there is the possibility of an activity-filled stay with diving, fishing and golf. Here you can relax, enjoy Bohuslän's nature and create memories for a lifetime. Welcome!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
