General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove and a coffee maker.

Welcome to this single-storey house with tasteful interior located in Svanesund. When you enter the hall, the kitchen is directly on the left. Through the window you can see lots of birds visiting the bird feeder. Inside the kitchen is a small laundry room. The large open living room offers warmth from the wood stove on chilly evenings and has comfortable seating. The living room has access to the balcony. In the largest bedroom there is a lovely double bed. The two smaller bedrooms have a single bed and a bunk bed respectively. If you need an extra bed, there is a travel cot that can be folded up. The bright bathroom with shower is freshly tiled and has a modern touch. Around the house there is a lawn to play on and a terrace with both evening sun and a patio with morning sun. Two bikes are available to borrow to explore the surroundings and perhaps take a dip in the sea. There are a lot of berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forests. Svanesund's community with shops, restaurants and swimming area is within easy walking and cycling distance. Take a trip to the island's novelty; Sausage crafts Fatabur or why not experience camel riding, cuddle with donkeys, jumping tower and coffee at farm cafes. Feel free to visit Slussens Pensionat, approx. 14 km, which has a well-visited restaurant with good musical entertainment. Many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate area. Large shopping center in Stenungsund which you can reach via the free car ferry from Svanesund. At Orust there are many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the silence and the beautiful nature. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. About 70 km to the south lies the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg and its vibrant entertainment scene. Welcome to a picturesque island with many possibilities!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
