Charming cottage with a good standard and close to the sea, 5 km north of Svanesund in eastern Orust. Here you live in the countryside, within walking distance to salty baths and within easy driving distance of many sights and attractions in Bohuslän. The cottage is located on a spacious plot bordering protective mountains and forest with nice walking areas. Good opportunities to see small game and also moose passing by. The house is on two levels, where the entrance level contains a living room with seating area and TV corner, a modern kitchen with a dining area and an exit to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your time off over a good dinner with a drink. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there is another bedroom with two single beds and an open bedroom/hallway above the stairs with a double bed. Lovely plot with lawn for playing and games as well as patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. About 1 km to Husgärdet's bathing area with both sandy beach, jetty and rocks. Several other nice bathing spots in a few km distance. Close to services and shops in Svanesund, 5 km. Feel free to visit Slussens Pensionat, approx. 14 km, which has a well-visited restaurant with good musical entertainment. Many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate area. Large shopping center in Stenungsund which you can reach via the free car ferry from Svanesund. At Orust there are many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the silence and the beautiful nature. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. About 70 km to the south is the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg and a vibrant entertainment scene. The cottage is embedded in greenery and naturally screened by bushes from a minor country road (approx. 20 m) with some traffic. Welcome to a cottage with a good standard and location close to the sea!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
