The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double sofabed. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 80 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Cosy timber house "Kasen Sjökanten". 12 km from the centre of Färgelanda, 9 km from the centre of Stigen, 19 km from the centre of Högsäter, in a secluded, sunny position, on the lake. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees. Bathing jetty, bathing place. In the complex: sauna (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 12 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, grass beach 15 m, lake Långhalmen 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, fishing possibilities 15 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Private mooring. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than several meters. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Kasen Sjökanten (DAL003) in Munkedal you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
