Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx 60 l.

For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2. Bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 500 m2. Arbour, garden furniture. Available: boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 12 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 27 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, sandy beach 100 m, lake Långhalmen 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
