Here you live within perfect walking distance via the promenade to the city's range of restaurants, market trade, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are equally close to Pinneviken's beautiful bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve known for its special light which has made the area well visited by photographers. From your parking space by Strandvägen's sidewalk, take the stairs up to a large terrace area and up to the entrance. On the inside you are met by a small kitchen / kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker, a bedroom with large comfortable double bed and TV, living room with dining furniture, TV and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
