With a bus stop with the nearest neighbour, it is easy to get to and from this property if you do not want to use the car. In the surrounding area there are several nice walking paths where you can hike and maybe meet one of the forest animals or pick your own mushrooms. The villa consists of three floors, via the entrance stairs you enter a nice hall, further on this ground floor you will find kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. From the kitchen you enter a large dining room that turns into a living area with a cozy wood-burning stove, large comfortable sofa and TV. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
