Welcome to this newly renovated two-storey villa with an upper floor that has an open floor plan with sea views and large generous areas with access to one of the villa's terrace areas. A wonderful place for the whole family to socialize, add that the area is located in a quiet and pleasant area with nature right in the corner and you have all the conditions for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. From the car park you reach the entrance level via stairs along the short side of the villa and up to a terrace area. Once inside, you are met by large generous areas both upstairs and downstairs. From the kitchen you reach the villa's terrace area with summer furniture and barbecue, a lovely place where you are happy to eat a good piece of food and discuss the day's adventures or plan for new excursions. On the entrance side there is another terrace area with summer furniture and on the lawn there is for children both a swing and a trampoline. The villa has WiFi connection. Welcome! Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
