This lovely holiday home is set northern of the beautiful town of Lysekil. You will have your own, private section of a house in which the landlord lives. Gullmarsfjorden, the fjord is very deep in the middle, 120 metres, which makes it a popular place for divers. Your part of the house features a kitchen with everything you need to cook – an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a cooker hood, and a coffee maker. The comfortable living room contains a TV with satellite channels and free, wireless internet. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. You also have your own terrace. Lysekil is known for being one of northern Europe's best places for canoeing, kayaking, diving, and fishing. In the summer you can catch a tourist boat and enjoy the archipelago, or why not go on a seal safari? In the centre of Lysekil you will find shops, restaurants and music events. If you are interested in history you will enjoy the ancient rock carvings on the cliffs of Brodalen! You can also visit Vikarvets Museum where you can learn more about what the stone- and tin industry was like in the past. For those who love swimming, there's an excellent, child-friendly beach by Govik. Or why not visit the harbour, where you will find a great bistro and the exciting aquarium Havets Hus. Other activities you mustn't miss are the guided tours through the town and the nature reserve Stångehuvud. Children will enjoy ”minituffen”, a little train that takes you on a guided tour. If you prefer to play golf, there's a golf course, Holma GK, in Lysekil. Please note that the landlord has three cats, which makes the holiday home unsuitable if you have allergies. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
