The house is modern and bright with a kitchen renovated in 2022. Everything has an open floor plan. You are welcomed into a smaller hall where the kitchen and living room open up. Here there is a dining area and also space for two extra beds. The kitchen has everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. Adjacent is the bathroom with toilet and shower. The laundry room is adjacent and in the space behind is private storage. The bedroom has a large bed with luxurious sleeping mattresses. The living room has a TV that you can connect via chromecast. Of course, there is wifi for your accommodation. Here there are armchairs and a sofa bed with extra comfortable sleeping mattresses. Straight ahead you come out to the house's pleasant glazed conservatory. Here you eat all your meals outside and enjoy the verdant garden, which is very well maintained. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
