Both from the kitchen and living room you have a view of Fryken and out into the lovely garden where you can taste the seasonal fruits and berries. To the right of the kitchen is the bathroom, in the bathroom there is a shower and toilet, to the toilet there is a shower curtain instead of a door. In the bathroom you can lock the door from the ground floor leading to the kitchen, there is no door between upstairs and bathroom. To get to the upper floor, take a steep staircase that goes from the bathroom and leads up to the second floor. Next to the house node there are nice walking paths to follow along the lake and nice swimming opportunities. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the woods and on the ground. The famous ski resort Ski Sunne, Selma Spa, Sunne Sommarlands water park, Rottneros park is about 30 km from the cottage. Cycling, hiking, fishing, golf, paddling, there is something for everyone. Mårbacka Minnesgård is located about 11, 7 kilometers from the cottage, here Selma Lagerlöf was born and raised. At the mansion you can go on a guided tour or just walk in the garden, where there is also a cozy cafe. For those interested in fishing, there are salmon, trout, pikeperch, pike, perch in the area for fishing, fishing licenses are required. Welcome to the peace and life of the country!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
