Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Freezer approx. 90 l.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Väse, 20 km from the centre of Kristinehamn, 30 km from the centre of Karlstad, 150 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 30 km, railway station "Väse" 5 km, ferry "Göteborg" 270 km, sandy beach 150 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vänern 150 m. Excluding the bathroom, the outbuilding remains closed.

There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Strandviksvägen (VMD182) in Kristinehamn you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
