Timber house "Rindö". 3 km from the centre of Vaxholm, 20 km from the centre of Arninge, 40 km from the centre of Stockholm, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea. Private: property 300 m2, garden (not fenced). In the house: WiFi. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 300 m, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Lupinen" 150 m, railway station "Hägernäs" 23 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 600 km, sandy beach 350 m. Marina 3 km. Nearby attractions: Vaxholms kastell 3 km. The property is located on an island. There is no bridge, so on some days there may be restrictions due to the ferry connection. There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Rindö (STH330) in Vaxholm you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
