Welcome to a nice house on Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is located on a forest plot with pines and rock formations and close to several baths. The house has a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room and kitchen in an open plan. In the living room there is a spacious sofa and dining table with room for 4 people. The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a lovely espresso machine for beans for a good morning coffee. A new bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washing machine and dryer is in the house. From there, a door leads to a sauna. There is a balcony both at the front and back, the one at the entrance has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. At Ingarö there is a wonderful sea bath; Björkvik, it is only a couple of miles from the house, but there are also closer baths, about 800 m from the house. In the immediate area there is a farm that sells local specialities, make your own must you can buy, a nice excursion destination. Gustavsberg, which is the nearest urban area, can be reached in about 15 minutes, but if you want to go to Stockholm to experience Sweden's capital, it takes about 45 minutes by bus.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
