The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and two showers.

Cot in the form of a travel cot is available. Located on a nice plot with a wonderful sun position, outdoor furniture and lounge group. Lush lawn made for play with a small playhouse for the little ones. Generous parking in the driveway. Take a short walk down to beautiful Edsviken to stroll along the water in Edsbergsparken where you will also find Edsbergsslott, sit down for a good lunch or ice cream and take a cooling dip in the Baltic Sea! For those of you who prefer to swim in the lake, Norrviken is only 800 meters from the house with a small sandy beach and Rösjöbadet further away which is perfect for children with a jumping tower, jetty, dining and mini golf. If you want to rent a canoe and SUP, there are good opportunities for that. Also take the opportunity to enjoy all the sights central Stockholm has to offer as well as all the beautiful lakes out in the Stockholm archipelago. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
