The house is a 2.5-storey souterrain house. The entrance goes via a conservatory into the kitchen (note low ceiling height), from here you also get out into the garden. Half a flight of stairs up you find the two bedrooms, one with a 140cm wide bed and the other with a double bed. On this level there is also a walk in closet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Another half-stair up from here is a living room with access to the balcony. In the living room there is a Smart TV with a sound bar and selection of chanells from Allente. The house has air conditioning. There are several balconies at different levels and in all directions, around the house, totaling over 70 square meters. One is under cover and has lounge furniture and a fridge. On another spacious terrace of 30 square meters there is both a charcoal and a gas grill. In the area there are several nice baths and hiking trails and within walking distance there is a nice restaurant and kiosk. Just below the house is the bus stop. Stockholm city is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
