The house contains all amenities, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a nice tiled bathroom and a combined kitchen and living room. From the bedroom, which has a luxurious double bed, you come out to a balcony with garden furniture with an unobstructed view of nature and evening sun. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. On the grounds there is a trampoline for the children to play on. The house is close to urban planning but still in the middle of the forest. If you like forest walks, berry and mushroom picking and a restful stay, this house suits you well. If you want to go into Stockholm, it is a few hundred meters to the bus stop. A nice swimming pool is 2.5 km from the house with a sandy beach and jetty. There is plenty of both nature and bathing spots in the area, if you want to get a bit of culture there is Tumba mill nearby, where they have been manufacturing paper for banknotes and securities since 1755. Here there is a fantastic mill environment and museum to visit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
