The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, three single beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed in the living room and an annex adjacent with two single beds, totaling 7 sleeping spots. Why not enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the flourishing garden and the beautiful fields where you can see both deer and happy? Out in the garden you will find a gazebo that invites you to relax and socialize. The comfortable outdoor furniture makes it possible to enjoy warm summer evenings or take a book break in the shade of all the books in the house. Located near the sea and surrounded by the lovely nature, this is a place for relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to walk along the coast, explore charming villages or just relax, this place will make a very good base from which to start. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit Gamla bageriet - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus, also Örum 119 a place for a real pizza lover. If you want to try something unique, you have the Vyn restaurant along the coastline between Skillinge and Brantevik, which is run by Daniel Berlin, who previously ran a Michelin restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
