Situated only 300 metres from the nearest bathing spot this lovely cottage offers fishing opportunities, swimming and relaxation. The interior of the cottage is tastefully decorated. The bedroom is delightful and offers a comfortable double bed. There is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The living room offers a light, comfortable environment, a wood burning stove, a TV, a sofa suite, and a pleasant dining space. It opens onto the charming little terrace with it's pretty surroundings. Visit Ystad, one of southern Sweden's most beautiful towns. This is the town where the Wallander films and TV-series were shot! Ystad offers a lot of sights, such as he monastery, Munkaklostret, and the cathedral. Be sure to visit the museum and the theatre. Visit the old town, with it's picturesque little alley ways, shops and cafés. The whole area of Österlen is delightful with it's beautiful countryside, it's picturesque little towns, smoke houses, old manor houses, and it's many art galleries. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
