Welcome to this seaside cottage in Beddingestrand! We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to rent this cottage surrounded by lush greenery and fragrant fir trees. This seaside accommodation is truly a place to get closer to nature and enjoy the tranquility. The cottage has a fantastic garden with not one, but two lovely patios. Here you can gather to eat, relax and just enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings. With the proximity to the sea, you also have the opportunity to take long walks along the sandy beach, feel the sound of the waves and enjoy sunsets that can only be described as magical. For the food-loving traveler, there are several restaurants nearby, where you can taste local delights and experience the unique coastal culture. And for those interested in fishing, there are plenty of opportunities to cast the line and hopefully catch today's dinner. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need to cook your favorite dishes. The bedroom offers a cosy bunk bed, and the spacious living room has a comfortable dining area and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. For a unique experience, an outdoor shower with hot water is offered here. Shower under the open sky with the surrounding greenery as company, and you will feel a whole new contact with nature. WC is of course indoors. If you feel that you want something more than all this on your holiday, you can walk away to a nearby beach called Pärlan where you also have a jetty and a very cozy restaurant. If you want an even larger selection of shopping, culture and food, you have Malmö, Ystad and Trelleborg. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion sites throughout Skåne and down towards Österlen. Given that it is an old fishing village and the location facing the Baltic Sea, it would also be suitable for you as a fisherman. A short walk away you also have mini golf and a very popular ice cream kiosk. For you who are golfers, there are a plethora of golf courses and you have no more than a few minutes by car to the nearest or one of Sweden's best PGA national 45 minutes away. If you want to take a visit to Sweden's southernmost cape, you have Smygehuk a few kilometers away where you also have a nice restaurant and smokehouse. There are plenty of activities for children in Skåne such as Ystad Zoo, Skåne Zoo, Tosselilla Summerland and Hallongården and much more.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
