Welcome to this house located in attractive Beddingestrand onSweden's south coast. The house is located along the coastal road and has only 360 m downto a beautiful mile-long sandy beach. The house is on two floors and on the ground floor there is a living room with dining area andan open kitchen. The bedroom on the ground floor has a 120 cm wide bed witha door to the wooden deck / patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms therefirst to the right is a smaller bedroom with a low ceiling height that is suitablebest for children. The second bedroom on the left has a sloping ceiling and floor space of 20 m² withlow to ceiling there is a double bed and a single bed as well as an extraBED. The house is well insulated with new windows for increased comfort. INthe bathroom has a washbasin and toilet as well as a lovely shower withmassage function. In the basement there is a washer and dryer as welldrying room. The terrace is 23 m² and here there is outdoor furniture to be able to enjoythe sun and follow the activity along the coastal road. In the garden that isfenced there is a nice barbecue hut where you can regardless of the weatherenjoy a real barbecue evening. Welcome to a really wonderful holiday stay with proximity to bothsalty baths and various excursions and activities!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
