Here you can enjoy yourself in the large garden and with a patio that invites you to long evenings outdoors. If you step inside to cook and go back out in the evening, then also take the opportunity to take a moment in the sauna. Here you have three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The spacious bathroom with shower makes it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning and take a relaxing shower after a day out in nature or you bathed in the sauna. In the other part of the house you have the living room and kitchen in one. We are happy to present a place where you can create great holiday memories! If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along the coast, Haväng and knäbäckhusen to name a few. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes, Vombsjön and many other lakes are only a short distance away. If you have time to spare, the well-known Ystad salt sea baths have fantastic good food and also a very popular SPA that you can book into.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
