Welcome to this unique timber-framed house from the 18th century, a home with a rich history and a strong charm that still radiates. This is where "Lunsingahuset" welcomes you, a name that carries memories from the world's very first art tour in 1968. Step onto the spacious plot in the village, where the landscape unfolds with fields stretching to the right. It's like stepping into another time when you cross the threshold of this house. The beautiful stone floors and wooden beams capture your attention. The ceiling height is slightly lower in some places, about 180 cm at the beams, something to be aware of. Here, six sleeping places are offered spread across three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an extra bed, one with a single bed, and a loft that accommodates two. The cozy living room on the lower floor invites moments of relaxation, perhaps with freshly brewed coffee, homemade cookies, and a good book. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located near the entrance and serve their purpose comfortably. The toilet is located next to one of the bedrooms, while the shower is in the house's outdoor shower with hot water. Through the various windows, beautiful views open up, inviting stillness and reflection. Welcome to a home where history lives on. Respect the private spaces that exist in the house! If you wish to go on excursions, this place is very convenient. You have incredibly beautiful beaches along the coast, such as Juleboda Beach, Haväng, and Vitemölla, to name a few. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well, or just stroll around. There is a highly recommended café down here called "Olof Viktors". Also, pay a visit to Gamla bageriet - Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm, and Glimmingehus. A few miles away, you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For the children, there is much to explore such as Skånes djurpark, Ystad djurpark, Tosselilla Sommarland, and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also, take the opportunity to fish in Skåne's wonderful lakes; Vombsjön and many other lakes are just a short distance away. If you have time, the renowned Ystad Saltsjöbad offers delicious food and also a very popular SPA where you can book a treatment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
