Welcome to one of Skåne's finest summer spots - Åhus! A comfortable cottage a stone's throw from the beach. The beach weeks are also a real experience during the summer. Here you have wonderful surroundings, fine restaurants, lots of activities and not least fantastic beaches. Here you live comfortably and have a lovely plot to move around with a nice view over the garden where the sun worshiper thrives. The cottage is well cared for. It maintains a good standard and is perfect for those who want to be outside and experience retreating for a few hours. Once inside the cottage, you have a spacious hall and a bathroom to the right with all amenities. Further in is the living room with dining areas for everyone and a sofa bed for 2 people. Here you also have TV, internet and Chromecast. The bathroom was renovated in 2016 and has all the amenities you could wish for, including a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed and is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is a little smaller but fully adequate and, on the other hand, is perfectly connected to the spacious conservatory where you like to sit during the day. A very lovely place directly adjacent to the garden and the larger wooden deck that leads you to the guest house. Here you will find 2 single beds, perfect for the teenagers to hang out here too! On the wooden deck you have outdoor furniture, a parasol and the lawn also invites the younger children to play. There is much to do in Skåne and Blekinge within a reasonable distance. Only in Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. The beach a couple of hundred meters away. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Yngsjöstrand is ideally located. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
