There are also TVs with chromecast and internet. In the living room you have two larger sofas and a dining area. There is a well-planned bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and washbasin. Outdoors there is furniture and a charcoal grill you are welcome to use. There is also a storage room you can use for fishing equipment or other things. A couple of kilometers away you have Sövdesjön where it is possible to swim and buy an ice cream in the small kiosk. An incredibly beautiful lake with jetty and small sandy beach! For those who want to fish, you also have Björkadammen a few kilometers away. An optimal cottage for those who need beds, large outdoor areas, proximity to lakes, nature and experiences! If you want to go on excursions throughout Österlen, this place is very well located. You have a beach and outdoor swimming pool down at Nybrostrand and Ystad just a short drive away. You also have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. If you want a big city, you can reach Malmö by car in 35 minutes. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and several lakes for both swimming and fishing. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to the small cozy island of Bornholm.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
