The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a stovetop, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

Upstairs you will find a charming floor with a smaller double bed, sofa bed for one person and coffee table. In the basement there is another double bed with large sofa for several people and a really modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The floors are connected by narrow steep stairs. The garden is shared with another house on the plot a short distance away, with house number 6781, which is also for rent. If you are a large party and need more beds, it is excellent to rent both houses at the same time, unless both are vacant. Beautiful and magical Österlen offers beautiful sandy beaches and countless fine excursion destinations within a short distance. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
