Welcome to this lovely holiday home set in the charming town of Tjörnarp, in Skåne. The small house is situated in a holiday home area with a beautiful communal swimming pool. Your house is set in a small valley, and surrounded by vegetation, which makes it private and secluded. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a light and airy living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and a dining table. The living room opens onto the comfortable, furnished terrace. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. If you need a drying cabinet, there's one in the shed. The area is surrounded by a beautiful walking/running/cycling path. There's also a boule court and a playground nearby. You can't swim in the closest lake but lake Tjörnarpssjön is only 4 kilometres away, and is excellent for swimming and fishing. Bosjökloster offers a lovely golfing course. Skåne Zoo, only six kilometres away, is another attraction. And don't miss the interesting Tygarp caves, located in between Hässleholm and Kristianstad. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
