Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory, sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house.

Payment terms and -periods
