Welcome to a house located in the idyllic village of Ramnåsa in the middle of Småland. Here you will find absolutely wonderful nature right around the house, with pasture adjacent to the house's raised, partially fenced garden plot. 300 meters from the house you will find a small bathing lake with a small sandy beach and jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and in excellent condition, new windows and finishes. In the hall, which is spacious enough to store outerwear and shoes, you will also find the bathroom. It is fresh, furnished with a relatively new shower cubicle with a good size, sink and toilet. From the hall you enter an L-shaped family room/living room with a large table, a lovely corner sofa and TV. Here, the group can really enjoy themselves together in a flexible and well-defined room. From the large family room you enter the two bright, nice bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a good single bed. Most of the interior design is new and stylish. To the right in the family room you enter the kitchen. Here you will find all the equipment you need to cook and bake, as well as a dishwasher. Here, too, there is a dining group consisting of a kitchen table and chairs. The family room is central to the house, and it also leads you out to the partially glazed terrace with a roof, where there is outdoor furniture that can seat a good ten people. A staircase down from the balcony takes you to a wooden deck with space for another seating area. In the house's basement, which you reach via a staircase down from the kitchen, you will find a well-equipped laundry room and - if you wish, a pantry. In this house you and your company live very well without distraction. Dädesjö is the nearest small town and there you will find Dädesjö old church, which is well worth a visit. The nearest larger town with a grocery store and other shops is Lenhovda, a quarter of an hour away by car. The first major city is Växjö, where you will find a rich selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, a well-visited indoor pool, culture and Växjö Cathedral. If cities are not what draws you, there is proximity to everything you can love about Småland in the form of nature, lake and stream for fishing and boat and canoe trips. In autumn, the search for the gold of the forest may be as tempting as hiking in fragile greenery in spring. In short, this house can serve as a base and starting point for any excursion you may want in Småland, as well as work very well for days just around the house as well.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
