The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and two fridges.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two stovetops, an oven, two dishwashers, a stove, a microwave and two coffee makers.

Summer idyll on a wonderful island in the Västervik Archipelago where you can enjoy a refreshing swim from the jetty or the beach just 40m away. Here you can experience genuine Swedish summer feeling at its best. Eknö is a large island where you can enjoy forests, open landscapes, the sea and wonderful hiking trails and swimming spots. Here you live in the western part of Eknö. The house is divided into two newly renovated fresh apartments that you have at your disposal. The accommodation is therefore perfect for groups who want to celebrate holidays together but still be able to have their own apartment. In the apartment on the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and a beautiful wood-burning stove that you can burn in (firewood included). There is a bedroom with two single beds and a single bed in the living room. In the apartment on the upper floor there is a kitchen with dining area and dishwasher. In the living room with sofa bed you have a magical view of the sea. There are two bedrooms here, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom is right below the stairs, which makes it easy to reach from both apartments. Here there is a sink, shower and electric toilet. You have a newly built terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. You are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere where you are free to use both the shared wood-burning sauna with sea view in the boat house and the shared outdoor furniture with barbecue area. There is also a lounge area with a long table where you can open the large doors to the sea and really enjoy the magical view. Here you can enjoy fantastic fishing and you have a table with knives so you can fillet the fish by the boathouse and a large freezer in the basement. A smoker to smoke the fish is also available. You park the car at the harbor in Östra Skälö. There is also a popular restaurant right by the sea. At the agreed time for check-in/check-out, you will be picked up at Östra Skälö for the approx. 8-minute long boat ride with a larger motorboat with a roof. Motorboats can be rented on site for those who want to explore the archipelago, get ashore or take a fishing trip. Archipelago Service also has trips to and from the island a few times per week. It is also possible to order more boat trips for extra compensation from the owner of the house. It is also fine to bring your own boat. The launch site is on Östra Skälö. Keep in mind that there are no shops on the island, so buy your own food. The water in the tap is mainly used for showering, cooking and washing up, but plenty of fresh drinking water can be obtained from the well some distance away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
