The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the large garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Here you can enjoy walks in the beautiful Brunnsparken or swimming in the beautiful Krönbadet, where there is also a summer café and canoe rental. Both a restaurant and a grocery store are close by. The apartment has a nice kitchen where you have most of what you might need. In the spacious living room there is a TV and a sofa that folds out into a comfortable double bed. In the bedroom there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be made into a double bed. The bathroom is fresh with toilet, sink and shower. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is in the basement. Here you can choose from a number of excursion destinations that are close by. You only have 11 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. It is close to Katthult, where Emil was filmed, Bullerbyn, Filmbyn and Astrid's childhood home Näs, which can also be visited. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
